Sometimes we use force stop(Ctrl+Alt+Del) command for any uncertain operation

You can easily solve this problem by following steps
1.Hold our mouse point on your my computer icon then right click and go to propertise
2.A window is appeared named system propertise.
3.Then click on error reporting
4.A new window will appear, then select disable error reporting
5.Then click on OK to leave
