How to turn off sound in Skype,Yahoo massenger, windows Live masserger while calling

Windows 7 now reduces sound while calling over VoIP or Skype,Yahoo masserger, windows Live masserger,ixi call masserger. This sound disturb mainly when browing and navigating pc and conversation go same time. So, solution is

1. Go through sound of control panel.

2. Under commonication tab, mark on mute all other sounds
