TROUBLESHOOTING Business Symantec
If you are using Symantec in a business setting with a server to update machines in the office, several issues can arise. If there are errors on certain machines in your business, make sure the version of the Symantec software is the same age or older than the Symantec software on the server. Different versions of Symantec software sharing across a server can cause conflicts. This can happen when employees update the software on their computer without checking with the office technician. To solve this, either update the software on the server or downgrade the software on the affected office computer
